Three steps to the first shoot day

Working on a shoot plan in the studio
01

First shoot-day plan

We look at your company website and at what customers, candidates and partners see today. We send back a one-page plan for the first shoot day: what we film, who, and why.

Your time: about 5 minutes – send us your company website

Shoot day at a training studio – a coach and a young athlete being filmed on set
02

Shoot day

We turn one day at your company into 8 finished videos (up to 12 in Retainer+). Without pulling you away from work every week.

Your time: one day on site

A recording preview on the camera monitor during a shoot
03

Footage and report

You get finished videos in vertical and horizontal versions, with subtitles and a plan for where to use each one. At the end of the month you get a report.

Your time: about 30 minutes to approve

Schedule counted from today in working days – indicative; the real start depends on calendar availability.

All work

Before you ask

What does it cost?

We publish prices outright, with no “individual quote” for everything. An ongoing retainer from €1,300 net per month, a pilot day from €760 net. Full scopes are on the Offer page.

Will you interrupt our production?

No. We agree the shot plan with the shift manager beforehand and film at the pace of work.

Will you sign an NDA and take the safety induction?

Yes, before the first shoot day. Before anything is published, your quality or security team approves what is in frame.

What if nothing is happening at our place in a given month?

Something always is, it is just that nobody films it. When there is no project, we film the process, the people or the product in use at a customer. We plan a quarter ahead.

Who on our side should handle this?

One contact person, usually from marketing or HR. Approving the videos takes about 30 minutes a month.

What if the result is not what I pictured?

Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions. Feedback is collected in one place and we reply within 2 working days. The direction is agreed before the shoot – in the brief, scripts and shot list – so it does not surface only at the edit.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. On camera we show the people who do the work, and only those who want to. Management appears when it has something to say, for example about a contract or an investment.

Who owns the footage?

You do. You get full rights to publish across all your channels. The raw footage from every day stays with you too. The contract also records whether we may show the work in our portfolio.

OK, I want to start. What now?

Send us your company website. Within 3 working days we will send back a one-page plan for the first shoot day: what is worth filming, who, and in what order. Free and with no obligation.
